We started a new program - the optional summer break away group. Four of us including newbie, Lisa, enjoyed reading the unforgetable classic, Anna Karenina. Hybrid meetings were held through out the year and the final get together was a Christmas Tea hosted by Holly. Good times!

Summer is winding down

 We have certainly been spoiled by the last few weeks of warm summer like weather.  Our garden meetings were lovely and it was nice to meet face to face.

We continued adding to our list with titles including:

Secret Lives of Mothers & Daughters by Anita Kushwaha

The Dutch House by Ann Patchett (our third novel by this American author)

Long Bright River by Liz Moore

For our next meeting we will discuss our second novel by Kazuo Ishiguro called Klara and The Sun
